Daniel, from the Express and Star, chatting here with Sandra Aston Among the visitors was Daniel, from the Express and Star, chatting here with Sandra Aston.  The Star's photographer came along too, so some of the more photogenic of us might well appear in that august journal.  Later in the day the Bugle's reporter came along as well but our photographer missed him.  Come to that, he missed our photographer too.
Did I mention that tea is rather important?  Kath Kiely, Alma Darby and Barbara Presland, with others, saw that we were all right in that department. src="graphics/may07%20(15b)%20.jpg" width="283" height="300" alt="Kath Kiely, Alma Darby and Barbara Presland, with others"> Rose Hartill is among the members here, inspecting one of Reg's displays of photos. And the place started to get quite full - in fact, very full. And the place started to get quite full - in fact, very full. Trevor Genge with Carol Blewitt. An important feature of our meetings is the chance people have of meeting other people they have not met for years.  Here Trevor Genge is re-united with his secretary from his head mastering days, Carol Blewitt.
And Margaret Chance met Eric Astbury.  Both of them had been members of the famous Bilston Athletic Club and they were re-united after several years. Margaret Chance and Eric Astbury. Elsie Cresswell with her sister's photos from the Sylvia and Jimmy Sharp London School of Dancing.

Elsie brought along John Jones (now into his 80s) a former teacher at Ettingshall Junior and Primary School.  He kindly lent us photos of various May Days and school football teams from the 1950s and 1960s - which included, in different photos - both Reg and Sandra Aston.
