MEMORIES of THE BLACK COUNTRY

A BILSTON FAMILY IN THE 20TH CENTURY

Kath Kiely  looks through some family photos and remembers life in Bilston in the 20th century

My name is Kath Kiely. I have lived in Bilston all my 71 years.  On these pages I want to share with you some of my memories and my family photos.  They show my family and how we lived and what we did.  And how the course of our lives was interrupted by two World Wars.  And how the Catholic Church played an important role in our lives, spiritually and socially.

There are several pages.  Of course, you can look at them in any order you like - just click on any of these headings to see each page.  Or you can click on the link to the first page and then click on the links on that and following pages to go through them in this order.
