Then the Chairman said that the food was now ready and the members showed a good turn of speed towards the heavily laden tables. |

After that Alma conducted a quiz on Bilston history, which Megan had prepared. We will not record the scores here but merely express the hope that next year the questions are easier. But the winners did respectably well and duly got a prize - as did second and third. |

watched by her husband, Gary, her sister, Kathleen, and her niece.
And somewhere at about this time our Vice-President, John Elwall, turned comedian and regaled the company with jokes and stories. But your reporter seems not to have a photograph of this event. Sorry! |
