The success of this event shows how much interest there is in our local history.  People had come not just from Bilston but from all round the Black Country and beyond.  And a lot of people had met friends from work who they had not seen for years.  One lady told us that she had even met old colleagues before she even got into the building.  It is wonderful to have brought together so many people and to have stirred so many memories.
