We meet again for another AGM at Bilston Town Hall. The weather may be cold outside but there is plenty of
warmth in the ballroom.
The meeting is the fisrt of events in this years programme. After the business of the Annual General Meeting memebers
were invited
to stay for our exhibition “ In The Beginning”.
Alan opened the meeting at 1pm and thanked everyone for
turning up on such a wintry day. Apologies were received from several
members due to some health issues.
Following a brief report on the past years events
the committee
were re elected and Megan announced that Ed Elks would be taking on the role of
Secretary. Megan had taken up the secretarys role
since Stephanie Merrett stood down due to other commitments.
